UFO 27 production Racer/Cruiser Pictured here in the 1980's racing on the River Wyre during the Winter Series organised by Blackpool and Fleetwood Yacht Club. this yacht was based at Wardleys creek which is to the right of the caravans on a jetty which dried out on every tide.  Name of the yacht not known

Is a UFO 27 classed as a Quarter ton yacht ?
other yachts produced was the UFO 31 a 1/2 Tonner and UFO 34 a 3/4 tonner all built by Holman and Pye. Yachts could be purchased in kit form or complete.

 DEVASTATION - Is a Golden Shamrock 30 which is a Ron Holland designed 1/2 ton yacht. pictured here
