Super Sparks is a David Thomas designed Hunter Impala 28 OOD rather than a half tonner. I believe they rated around 20.5ft IOR or thereabouts so would have raced in the same class as the half-tonners.
ReplyDeleteThe Impala's are still popular and hold a national championship each year (Weymouth in 2013) Super Sparks- GBR 9526 is listed on the class website as recently as 2011.
