I think this is a Lightwave 395 built by Oyster Yachts pictured here off Cowes around the late 1980's

    I think that's probably Scarlet Oyster, the larger Oyster Lightwave 48, designed by Carl Schumacher.

    Not sure they sold that many, was not a racing class like the 395
