JUNO - 1987 Admirals Cupas part of the 3 yacht British Team which came 2nd overall that year.
Do you know who designed this yacht ?
This yacht was owned by Mike Peacock and Helmed during the Admirals cup by Andrew Hurst and Tony Gale. I know know that this yacht was designed by British designer Rob Humphrys.

Juno III, a Rob Humphrey's design, development of Jade. Cabin a long way forward. Trird to retain Jade's two sail reaching capability but add some upwind pace. Formed part of the UK team that came second overall behind NZ.
ReplyDeleteEither that isn't Juno III 1987 or the one I sailed on wasn't (Sail K505). Both clearly RH designs though.
