RURAL TINKER - Half Ton yacht - Scampi 30 - IOR

I took this picture in 1983 of RURAL TINKER a Half Ton yacht IOR which is a Scampi 30 production yacht. In the background you can see a big yacht which is called Ragtime a Carter Ragtime design and the other yacht is a Bolero 26 racing on the River Wrye just in front of Blackpool and Fleetwood Yacht Club. The Racing yachts were and still are berthed on the wooden jetties you see in the picture. The River Wyre is very tidal and the yachts dry out against these jetties on each tide. Do you know who designed the Scampi 30 ???
