Originally built as Ocean Greyhound, the first Ocean 80, by Southern Ocean Shipyard in Poole in 1979. She was sponsored by the Greyhound bus company and I recall the original idea was to set up a sponsored maxi circuit using the Ocean 80 which never materialised.
